Poor care and customer service each time I have contact. Had a phone call to say test results received and a further phone appointment required 4 days later to be told I need to book in! Not able to make advised bookings so unable to do what I was asked without getting up every morning to book in. As a staff worker not easy! On day of appointment Dr was late so wasted 40 mins to get in with asked doctor.

As with other patients it has become nigh on impossible to get a same day appt either by phone or even jumping in the car and going to the surgery in the hope that an appointment can be made.
I have no grievance with any of the doctors I have seen all excellent but if you cannot get to see a doctor for days on end it makes me wonder wether to transfer to another practice.
It even takes 4/5 for a doctor to call
I feel the most sorry for the admin staff who must hear similar complaints by patients all the time

Booking system needs to be looked at.
Ringing for same day app.
By the time you get through they have all gone!
Calls that are on hold are on a "premium rate".

Being able to get appointment, no matter what time you ring you can never get an appointment or if you go to the surgery still no appointments.
How do you get an appointment???
